Job Description
Now Hiring: Crate Builders– Simpsonville, SC

Marathon Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Crate Builders to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. If you have carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to use in a steady, team-focused environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, work safely, and maintain a strong work ethic on the job.

Pay & Schedule
  • $16.00/hour
  • Monday–Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Build custom wooden crates and pallets in a variety of sizes
  • Safely operate air-powered nail guns and other hand/power tools
  • Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work instructions accurately
  • Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented production environment

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, or similar hands-on work
  • Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and proper use of PPE
