NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY for a Landscaping Crew Leader in Marlborough, MA.

Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00 based on experience

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License
Previous Landscaping experience
High Attention to Detail
Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team

Duties:
Lead and manage a team of laborers on landscape construction projects
Train, mentor, and ensure crew members follow safety and quality standards
Oversee site preparation, lawn maintenance, lawn pruning and mulching
Ensure proper installation of features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and plant materials
Operate and oversee the use of machinery and tools such as excavators, skid steers, and power tools
Work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain and inspect tools, machinery, and vehicles
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment
Service high end properties
