Marathon Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Parks & Grounds Maintenance Technicians to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping maintain clean and safe community spaces, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a hands-on environment.

Job Details

• Pay: $18.48/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain parks, recreational areas, cemeteries, gardens, and public facilities
• Operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Perform general groundskeeping, maintenance, and cleanup duties
• Assist with maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming community spaces
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while completing daily assignments
• Contribute to a productive, team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Valid South Carolina Class D Driver’s License required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or related field preferred
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work and follow safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• High school diploma or GED required
