Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Worker

Job Details:

· Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

· Pay: $17.24 per hour

· Requirements:

o High school diploma or GED required

o Must pass a comprehensive background check

o Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred

o Valid Driver’s License required

As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will play an essential role in maintaining clean, safe, and fully operational facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining public spaces, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Fountain & Water Feature Maintenance: Clean and prepare fountains by removing dirt, pebbles, and debris using shovels and manual labor to ensure proper function and readiness for operation.

· Facility Cleaning & Upkeep: Perform general cleaning of facilities, including car wash areas and individual bays. Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and assist with light painting and upkeep projects.

· Preventative Maintenance Support: Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning ice machines, changing filters, and moving furniture or equipment as needed.

· Basic Repairs Assistance: Provide support with minor plumbing tasks, including addressing small leaks and assisting with toilet removal.

· General Labor & Team Support: Work collaboratively to complete daily assignments and maintain safe, functional environments.
