Job Description

Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Denton, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist to support clear, engaging communication that helps connect people with the right information.

In this role, you’ll help plan and create marketing and communications materials, support campaign messaging, and assist with content updates across relevant channels.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with developing and editing marketing communications content
  • Support campaign and messaging efforts to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Help coordinate updates to web, email, and other communication materials (as needed)
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and meet deadlines
  • Maintain organized documentation for content and project details

Education, Training, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or human services required.
  • A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in relevant field required.
  • Three (3) years' experience with non-profit or governmental organizations highly preferred
