Location: Denton, TX

What you’ll do

  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Provide information to clients and assist with routing questions to the right team
  • Support clients with benefits-related intake by screening for eligibility and collecting required information and documents
  • Assist with completing forms and help guide clients through the application and appeal process
  • Act as a resource for benefits information to assigned staff and clients
  • Follow federal, state, and local guidelines while maintaining accurate, confidential records

  • Bilingual communication skills (ability to speak and understand both languages)
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette
  • Comfort working with people and providing supportive, respectful guidance
  • Attention to detail when collecting information and completing forms
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision and use sound judgment when needed
