Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and examine voter signatures for accuracy and completeness.
• Process election-related documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and distribute signature cure notices as assigned.
• Perform detailed ballot-processing and election support duties.
• Follow established election procedures and maintain strict nonpartisan conduct.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Meet deadlines and make sound decisions while following established procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Nevada ID or Nevada Driver’s License.
• Must be a registered Clark County voter.
• Must disclose political affiliation as required for the assignment.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
• High visual acuity, naturally or with corrective lenses, for detailed signature and ballot-processing work.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow assigned schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and follow election procedures.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Temporary/Seasonal Assignment

Training: 1 day September 16, 2026
Work Dates: October 12 – November 19, 2026

Due to fluctuating election workloads, candidates must have a high level of scheduling flexibility.

• Limited days off may be available during the election cycle.
• Mandatory overtime may be required with little to no advance notice.
• No minimum number of hours is guaranteed each week.
• Shifts may range from 3 hours to 10+ hours per day.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Extended hours may be required on certain dates
• Schedules may change based on workload and operational needs.
• Shifts may be shortened or canceled if workload decreases or staffing needs change.
