Marathon Staffing is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Slitter Helper! If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and are ready to build a long-term career, we want to meet you!

📍 Position: Slitter Helper
💲 Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (Based on experience)
🏭 Category: Production / Industrial

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Assist the Slitter Operator with machine setup and production support
✔ Stage materials and keep the production line supplied for efficient operation
✔ Help with threading, wrapping, banding, labeling, tagging, and preparing finished products
✔ Monitor materials for surface defects, edge concerns, and other quality issues
✔ Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of scrap and safety hazards
✔ Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and plant operating guidelines
