Marathon Staffing is hiring a Quality apprentice who is interested in a position where learning is guaranteed and the opportunity for advancement will depend on your great attitude, reliability, and desire for growth.

Position Summary:

Inspect wood pallets during production to ensure they meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Inspect pallets for defects, damage, and proper assembly.
Verify dimensions, nail placement, and overall quality.
Report quality issues to supervisors.
Complete basic inspection records.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
