Job Description

Seeking reliable, experienced candidates for a 1st Shift, temp-to-perm, Sales Support position available immediately in Pasadena, TX!

- Process and manage customer parts orders accurately in Oracle ERP.
- Communicate order status, lead times, delivery details, and issues with customers.
- Develop familiarity with valve products, parts, and services to support customer inquiries and prepare parts quotations.
- Resolve order issues with initiative, collaboration, and persistence while following established procedures.
- Provide alternative supply or delivery options when products are unavailable.
- Negotiate customer terms within established guidelines, including lead times, delivery terms, and payment terms.
- Support resolution of accounts receivable issues by clearly communicating applicable payment requirements.
- Collaborate daily with sales, inventory, repair, manufacturing, shipping, engineering, and customers to resolve order status issues.
- Maintain accurate, current, and well organized order records and supporting docs.
- Work independently and effectively under high pressure common in the MRO business.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- College degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Oracle ERP experience is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, order mgmt., parts sales, quoting, or industrial MRO preferred.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet short deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills and sound judgement.
- Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build productive customer relationships.
- Microsoft systems experience required.

·Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with OT as requested.

Pay rate is $29-32 per hour depending on experience. May increase upon full time hire. Agency benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. GREAT benefits upon full time hire!!
