Maintenance Technician, Lead

Location: Dallas, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician, Lead to help keep equipment and facilities running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving, leading by example, and supporting a safe, efficient workplace, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on facility systems and equipment
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to support daily operations
  • Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed on time
  • Identify issues, recommend solutions, and help improve reliability
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
