Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Match candidate qualifications and career goals with client hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct reference/background checks, and maintain accurate ATS records.
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and HR professionals.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client meetings.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to deliver timely staffing solutions and support client accounts.
  • Assist with service agreements, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
  • Process payroll, maintain employee documentation, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, reporting, and workplace incident documentation.
