Job Description 

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing global manufacturing company in Delano, PA. If you're a dependable operator with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you! These are long-term, full-time positions with the opportunity for growth. We are hiring immediately and encourage anyone who is interested to apply. 

Job Details: 

  • This is a great temp to hire opportunity! 
  • 1st Shift Monday to Friday (40 + OT) and Saturdays may be required, depending on work volume. Stable first-shift schedule with no Sunday work
  • Pay: Starting at $17 per hour!

What You'll Do: 

  • Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
  • Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
  • Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Previous Machine Operator experience is required. 
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to:
    • work in a safe manner 
    • read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
    • identify equipment issues and maintain a safe work environment.
    • lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
