General Labor (UFDEL)

Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced General Labor to join a growing global manufacturing company in Delano, PA. If you're a dependable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you!


Starting at $17 per hour
 
What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
  • Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
  • Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous Machine Operator experience is required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to identify equipment issues and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
