Job Description

Hiring Immediately for General Labors in Shirley, MA for a company that is experiencing growth.

1st Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Paying up to $20.00

Machine operating, taking measurements, repositioning parts, grinding, sanding, and entry level welding. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties are not limited to the list below and others will be assigned by supervisor if needed

  • Read parts list and confirm all parts needed are available
  • Assemble tools and materials.
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Interpret measurements.
  • Sand and grind metal parts
  • Operate metal machinery as needed
  • Assist with welding
  • Complete preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure working environment is clean and safe.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2yrs manufacturing experience
  • Able to read and understand blueprints a plus
  • 1 year Previous Welding experience
