Job Description

Warehouse Rework Associate – Entry Level
📍 Marathon Staffing
🕒 Schedule: Sunday – Saturday (Schedule provided by supervisor)
📌 Position Type: Temporary with potential for long-term opportunities

Marathon Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Rework Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, pay close attention to detail, and can thrive in a physically active environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely open incoming boxes using approved tools
  • Remove and replace stickers, labels, or barcodes according to project requirements
  • Inspect product packaging for accuracy and basic quality
  • Re-tape and securely reseal boxes to meet shipping standards
  • Place completed boxes back onto pallets in the proper configuration
  • Maintain accurate counts of completed units and report progress to the project lead
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and tool handling
  • Keep work areas clean and organized by disposing of old labels and packaging materials

Qualifications:

✔ Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 20–40 lbs
✔ Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
✔ Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
✔ Strong attention to detail, especially with labels and packaging
✔ Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily productivity goals

Work Environment:

  • Non-climate-controlled facility – must be comfortable working in both hot and cold temperatures
  • Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Closed-toe shoes required
  • Shorts are permitted (must be no shorter than a dollar bill above the knee)
  • Sleeveless shirts are allowed as long as they provide appropriate coverage
