Job Description

Marathon Staffing is Hiring – Jonesboro, AR

Marathon Staffing is now hiring for welders, robotic weld operators, CNC machinists, and production helpers in Jonesboro, AR for long-term manufacturing opportunities.

This is a temp-to-hire position 

Pay & Schedule:

  • Welders starting at $21.50/hour
  • Pay varies for other positions based on experience
  • Full-time with possible overtime

Job Duties:

  • Read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
  • Perform MIG welding or assist robotic welding operations
  • Support CNC machining and general production work
  • Move materials and may operate forklifts as needed
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment

Requirements:

  • Must pass hands-on welding test (welders)
  • Must pass 10-panel drug screen 
  • Must pass 7-year criminal background check (county, state, and national search)
  • No violent felony history permitted
  • Blueprint reading and measuring skills required

Additional Details:

  • GED/High School Diploma not required
  • Resume and interview required
  • Strong candidates will be reviewed and selected carefully
