General Laborer – Loader/Unloader

Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with loading and unloading materials, products, and shipments in a warehouse or distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting heavy items, working in a fast-paced setting, and following safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.
  • Move materials to designated storage or staging areas.
  • Sort, stack, palletize, and organize products as directed.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
