Looking for a hands-on career with room to grow? We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assembler! No previous experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify wire colors and read small printed numbers accurately
  • Cut, strip, and crimp wires using hand tools or equipment
  • Assemble components by following written instructions, diagrams, and schematics
  • Install connectors, terminals, seals, and heat-shrink tubing
  • Label and organize materials correctly
  • Perform visual quality checks to ensure accuracy and product quality
  • Bundle and route materials using zip ties, loom, or protective tubing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Report any defects or discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Ability to distinguish colors accurately
  • Ability to read small printed numbers (corrective lenses are acceptable)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
  • Basic hand-tool experience is helpful but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing/assembly setting
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Light to moderate lifting (up to 25–40 lbs)
  • PPE provided by the customer
