Location: Camden, TN
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Marathon Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Laser Operator to join a leading manufacturing facility in Camden, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting equipment in a production environment and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and production schedules
Load and unload raw materials using forklifts or other material handling equipment
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Assist other departments and cross-train as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
