Experienced Wood Assembler 1st Shift P1 (MSNC)

Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Wood Assembler to join our production team. You’ll build high-quality wood products from detailed blueprints using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cabinetry, furniture, or wood components from drawings
  • Perform precise joinery (gluing, doweling, fastening)
  • Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality
  • Install hardware and prep surfaces for finishing

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of woodworking or cabinetry experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Preferred:

  • CNC or automated equipment experience
  • High-volume production background
