Marathon Staffing is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to work in a growing global manufacturing facility in Salisbury NC

1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm NO SUNDAYS.

With overtime opportunities available

Starting pay at $22.00/hour, With the opportunity for an increase based on experience.

This is a great temp to hire opportunity.

Job Details:

• Follows the requirements of assigned schedule to meet production demand.

• Sets up machinery based upon established specifications.

• Unloads and loads machines with materials

• Adjusts equipment to maintain proper quality standards.

• Cleans production area and assigned equipment.

• Notifies Supervisor of any problems.

• Completes projects and tasks as assigned.

• Advises the Production Manager on issues and improvements pertaining to areas of responsibility.

• Ensures accuracy of information.

• Advises superior on issues regarding safety.

• Ensures the compliance of procedures to all company policies.

• Any other reasonably related duties assigned by supervisor or other higher level managers.

• Cleanliness and physical condition of the assigned area.

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Skills and abilities:

MUST HAVE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE!!

Ability to work in a safe manner

Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions

Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools

Ability to pay attention to surroundings

Ability to identify safety issues in their work area, and notice equipment malfunctions

Punctual and reliable

Please note – This position is in Salisbury NC. Team members must have reliable transportation.
