Gretna VA area!

Experienced Machine Operators & Production Laborers Needed – Hiring ASAP

We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators and dependable production labor workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires employees to be comfortable with repetitive lifting, manual labor, and hand stacking pallet stock daily.

Candidates must be prepared to work in a hot plant environment throughout the summer months, as the facility is not air conditioned and has limited air circulation.

Job Duties Include:

  • Set up and operate production machinery
  • Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments
  • Hand stack pallet stock and assist with heavy manual labor
  • Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
  • Work efficiently as part of a production team

Requirements:

  • Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to perform intense physical labor throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in high-temperature conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, stack, bend, and stand for extended periods
