Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician who will maintain and repairs machinery such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. Performs maintenance and repairs to physical structures of facility.Monday- Friday 8AM- 4:30PM
*Must be willing to paint*
We have 6 open positions to fill ASAP
Responsibilities: • Reads and understands blue prints, schematics, and technical drawings.  • Conducts tests to locate mechanical system malfunction.  • Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.  • Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.  • Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.  • Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.  • Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.  • Repairs or replaces defective parts.  • Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.  • Lubricates and cleans parts.  • Uses machine tools in installation, maintenance or repair.  • Starts devices to test their performance.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.  • The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  • The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 90 pounds.  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
