Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG welding
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and welding equipment
• Experience with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period
• High school diploma or GED preferred, 
• Certification(s) in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) a plus
