Job Description
Marathon Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a fast growing Pallet Manufacturer. The responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, such as assembling, disassembling, and repairing pallets. You will work as part of a team to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly: Operate machinery and tools to assemble pallets from various components, including lumber, nails, and screws.
Disassembly: Break down used pallets into their individual components for recycling or reuse.
Repair: Identify and repair damaged pallets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
Quality Control: Inspect finished pallets to verify they meet specifications and are free of defects.
Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning machinery and equipment.
Qualifications:

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred but not required.
