Production Machine Operator - Lumber Manufacturing

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Production Machine Operator for a lumber manufacturing environment in Arizona. If you’re safety-minded, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to support daily manufacturing goals
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
  • Assist with quality checks and help ensure products meet required standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

What we’re looking for

  • Previous machine operating experience is a plus (training may be available)
