3rd Shift General Labor

Location: Minden, NV

Marathon Staffing is hiring 3rd Shift General Laborers for a fast-paced, hands-on role. If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, and want a steady schedule, we’d love to hear from you.  This is a position within a food manufacturing environment that follows Good Manufacturing Processes.  Candidates must be allergy free to work with various spices.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with general production and warehouse support tasks
  • Help with loading, unloading, and basic material handling-  must be able to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Support team goals and complete assigned tasks accurately

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
