5AM am to 1:30pm Clean Administrative Bathrooms, mop floor - Men's & Women's
Check & refill toilet paper & paper towel dispensers as needed
Clean Executive Kitchenette
Front Hallway
- move mats & vacuum / sweep
- wash glass doors
- wash windows
Clean, vacuum and dust Executive Conference Rooms (2)
Clean and mop Library & hallway
Sweep / vacuum areas leading from plant into offices
Sweep / vacuum Production Office
Vacuum Customer Service
8:30 to 9 am Accounting
- Clean bathrooms, mop floor
- vacuum
- remove shredded paper
9:15 to 9:45 am Cafeteria
- clean coffee machine, restock supplies as needed
- sweep Cafeteria
- clean sink
12:30 to 1 pm Clean Men's Employee Bathroom, mop floor (before 9 am break)
- Check & refill toilet paper & paper towel dispensers as needed
1 pm to 2 pm Cafeteria
- wash down tables
- clean coffee machine
- sweep and Mop Cafeteria
- clean sink
Empty all trash & recycling from offices, conference rooms, cafeteria
& labs
Lab Hallway - clean window sills & windows
Labs
- check & replace paper towels & soap in all dispensers
- vacuum all carpeted areas
- sweep floors, no dirt piles in middle of hallways
TWICE PER WEEK
Wash tiled walls in Restrooms
ONCE A WEEK OR AS NEEDED
Cafeteria - clean microwaves
Front Hallway - mop floor
Vacuum carpeted offices
Labs - mop all tile floors
Production Office - mop floor
Production Office - clean microwave
Clean office door windows
Safety hallway - vacuum & clean windows
Dust yellow railings throughout warehouse
Clear cobwebs from entrances
Check grassy areas & parking lot for trash
Winter: check walkways regularly, salt/shovel as needed
TWICE PER MONTH - 1st & 3rd Friday
Clean blinds & windowsills
Cafeteria - clean interior of refrigerator
EVERY 3 MONTHS (January, April, July, October)
Thoroughly clean cafeteria chairs
