Seasonal Splash Pad Worker – Multiple Openings | Daytime Hours

Location: Irma Belcher Park – Osceola, AR

Now Hiring for Summer – Multiple Positions Available

Marathon Staffing is actively hiring multiple Seasonal Splash Pad Workers for daytime shifts at one of Osceola’s busiest parks. If you want to stay active, work outdoors, and earn money this summer, this is a great opportunity to start quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable splash pad environment
  • Assist families and answer general questions
  • Help enforce park rules and expectations
  • Perform light cleaning such as trash pickup and area upkeep
  • Monitor for and report any equipment or safety concerns
  • Support daily operations with the park team

Schedule

  • Daytime hours
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

What You Need

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Able to work outdoors in summer heat
  • Reliable with a strong customer service mindset
