Position Summary:
The Patron Services Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for patrons, clients, and staff during events across the City Springs campus. This role ensures smooth event execution by delivering excellent customer service, coordinating event logistics, and supporting staff and volunteers in a fast-paced environment. Events include concerts, theatrical performances, private events, and community functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact during events for patrons, clients, and staff
• Coordinate and communicate event needs with internal teams
• Support and assist volunteers alongside the Volunteer Coordinator
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patron concerns
• Operate basic event technology (e.g., ticket scanners) and assist with troubleshooting
• Serve as floor captain for theater events when needed
• Track and report patron issues, lost items, and incident details
• Assist with general event operations as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in events, customer service, or theatre/arts environments preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable and punctual with a professional, customer-focused demeanor

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

•  Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout event spaces
• May lift up to 50 lbs and assist with event setup (tables, chairs, materials)
• Work is primarily indoors with occasional outdoor exposure
• Noise levels vary from moderate to loud during events
