Waste Reduction: Monitor recovery rates and implement strategies to minimize wood waste and maximize yield.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (experience in timber, pulp, or wood processing is highly preferred).

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wood grading, sawmill operations, or industrial kiln drying processes.

Problem Solving: Ability to think critically under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying temperatures (indoor/outdoor), and navigate a heavy industrial setting.
