Marathon Staffing is hiring Robotic Welders NOW in the Dyersburg, TN area!

Love to weld but tired of burning rod all day? Run the robot, do the touch-ups, make the money. If you know MIG welding and want to level up to robotics — we want YOU.

Brake press experience? Even better. That skill gets you to the top of the list AND top pay.

What You'll Do:

  • Load, operate, and monitor robotic weld cells
  • Do MIG touch-up and rework when needed
  • Run brake press to form and prep parts
  • Read blueprints and weld symbols
  • Check your welds for quality — gauges, calipers, visual
  • Keep it safe, keep it moving

What You Need:

  • 1+ year MIG welding — robotic operation is a PLUS, not a must. We'll train strong welders!
  • Brake press experience = HUGE PLUS
  • Can read a tape measure and a blueprint
  • Can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
  • Show up, work hard, be on time
