Job Description

Marathon is Now Hiring reliable team members to work as a Quality Control Technician at a local STEEL company located in Newnan, GA and a leading manufacturer in its markets. Learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team.

General Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
• Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and tape measure
• Blueprint reading capabilities
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time

Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
• Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and use of Tape measures
• Punctual and reliable


This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity!

• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 3:30p - 12:00a
• Pay: Starting at $17/HR
