Maintenance Technician II

Location: Dallas, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support the upkeep and smooth operation of facility equipment and systems. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving and keeping things running reliably, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues and prevent downtime
  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
  • Assist with routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

What you bring

  • Experience as a maintenance technician (or similar role)
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-focused mindset
