Animal Care Worker

Location: TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring an Animal Care Worker to support daily care and maintenance for animals in a compassionate, organized environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, care about animal welfare, and take pride in keeping things clean and safe, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Provide routine animal care and support daily feeding and watering
  • Clean and sanitize animal areas, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with basic handling and observation of animals
  • Maintain a safe, orderly workspace and follow established procedures
  • Support team members with day-to-day tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

  • Comfort working around animals and following safety guidelines
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, cleaning) as needed
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a caring attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment
