Marathon is staffing for Equipment Flaggers, and there are LOTS OF OVERTIME HOURS AVAILABLE! This is a great opportunity to earn extra cash, stay busy, and boost your holiday budget!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor equipment movement and work zones to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain visual contact with equipment operators.
  • Direct equipment traffic using flags, hand signals, and verbal communication.
  • Alert workers and operators to potential hazards.
  • Help prevent accidents and protect workers and the public.
  • Follow all site safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:
