What You’ll Do

Monitor equipment movement and work zones to help maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain visual contact with equipment operators and direct equipment traffic.
Use flags, hand signals, and verbal communication to guide operators.
Identify and alert workers to potential hazards.
Help prevent accidents and protect workers and the public.
Follow all site safety procedures and guidelines.
Stay focused and attentive throughout your shift.
