Marathon Staffing is seeking skilled, dependable, and experienced Welder/Fabricators for an opportunity in Camden, Tennessee. We are looking for career-minded professionals with a strong background in welding and fabrication, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a demonstrated history of long-term employment.

Please note: A minimum of three years of relevant welding and/or fabrication experience is required. A consistent, stable work history is a must. Candidates will be evaluated on their relevant experience, employment history, skills, and ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in previous positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication duties according to job specifications and quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements as required.

• Prepare, fit, align, and assemble metal components for welding and fabrication.

• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and quality.

• Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and effectively.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional welding and/or fabrication experience.

• Proven stable work history with a demonstrated record of longevity in previous positions.

• Demonstrated welding skills and knowledge of fabrication processes.

• Ability to read blueprints, interpret measurements, and follow technical instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in an industrial environment.

• Willingness to complete any required pre-employment screening.
