Immediate Openings — Manufacturing

We are currently hiring Machine Operators and General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

This is a physically demanding position that combines machine operation with general production and manual labor. Employees will be required to hand-stack finished products onto pallets throughout the shift.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a hot manufacturing facility, particularly during the summer months. The facility is not air-conditioned and has limited airflow, so candidates must be comfortable working in high-temperature conditions while performing physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed
Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Perform general production, warehouse, and material-handling duties
Hand-stack finished products onto pallets throughout the shift
Perform repetitive lifting and other physically demanding tasks
Follow all safety procedures and maintain product quality standards
Keep the production and work areas clean and organized
Work cooperatively with team members and assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physically demanding work
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
