Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking candidates for multiple temp-to-perm,

ASSEMBLER POSITIONS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! 

Salisbury, NC

We’re hiring Assemblers to join our team! If you have experience using nail guns, working with lumber, building, or construction, we want to hear from you!

 Assembler Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize workstations before production begins.

  • Gather materials, components, and supplies needed for production.

  • Assemble products according to written instructions and quality standards.

  • Safely operate nail guns, hand tools, and other production equipment.

  • Stack, cover, label, and band finished products according to company procedures.

  • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.

  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Maintain accurate production records.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with lumber, building, or construction preferred.

  • Experience using a nail gun is required.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.

  • Experience using hand tools and production equipment.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

  • Basic English communication skills, including understanding verbal and written instructions.

Pay & Growth Opportunities

  • Starting pay: $16.00/hour

  • Pay increases based on experience and performance.

  • Additional wage increase when transitioning to full-time employment.
