Job Description


Marathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. If you have CNC experience and take pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Salisbury, NC

MUST HAVE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE!!

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime: Available

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)
Opportunity: Temp-to-hire

What you’ll do:

  • Follow the production schedule to meet demand
  • Set up machines according to established specifications
  • Load and unload materials
  • Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards
  • Clean the production area and assigned equipment
  • Notify a supervisor of any issues
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects
  • Support safety and compliance with company procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • MUST have CNC Machine Operator experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation (position is in Salisbury, NC)
