FAST HIRE!! CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Salisbury, NC

Marathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with overtime available.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)

What you’ll do:

  • Follow the assigned schedule to meet production demands
  • Set up CNC machinery according to established specifications
  • Load and unload materials and support smooth machine operation
  • Make equipment adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Clean the production area and assigned equipment
  • Notify a supervisor of any problems, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions
  • Complete assigned tasks and support continuous improvement
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • Must have CNC Machine Operator experience
  • Ability to work safely and follow instructions
  • Comfort using and operating hand tools
  • Strong attention to surroundings and detail
  • Ability to identify safety issues and report equipment problems
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation (position is in Salisbury, NC)
