Job Description

Retail Associates – Immediate Openings in Baxter, MN!

We’re seeking reliable and motivated candidates for Retail Associate positions available immediately in Baxter, MN!

In this hands-on role, you’ll help support daily store operations by unloading and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service both inside and outside the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Replace paper tags with digital tags

  • Load, unload, and safely move products

  • Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and place products in the appropriate areas

  • Sort and organize products in the backroom

  • Stock shelves and replenish displays

  • Pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders

  • Assist customers as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly

  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

  • Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC-friendly)

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Pay: $18.50/hour

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available immediately

  • Bonus: Benefits can be maintained after the assignment is completed!
