Job Summary

We are currently seeking MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have experience performing MIG welding in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic fabrication processes.

This is a great opportunity for a dependable and motivated welder looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, work instructions, and measurements.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper appearance.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for welding and fabrication.
• Prepare materials for welding, including positioning, clamping, cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Perform routine checks of welding equipment and report any issues to supervision.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with other members of the production team.
• Perform other general manufacturing and welding duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a hands-on welding test.
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions.
• Familiarity with welding tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and position materials as required.
• Must be willing to follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Entry-level candidates with welding training or basic MIG welding experience may be considered based on skill level, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Interview & Welding Test

Qualified candidates may be able to interview and complete a welding test on the same day.

Candidates attending the welding test must bring their own welding hood and gloves.

Interview/Welding Test Window: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
