Job Description
Office Administrator

Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Pay: $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Days: Monday thru Friday

This is an immediate, open-ended opportunity with a growing company. The length of the assignment has not yet been determined, and while permanent employment cannot be guaranteed, there may be an opportunity for the position to become long term or permanent based on business needs and performance.

A well-established national manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support its Lake Havasu City location. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door, demonstrate your abilities, and potentially grow.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with payroll-related tasks
Tracking employee attendance
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing general administrative and office support
Helping with other tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous payroll, administrative, or office experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and computer skills
The ability to learn quickly and handle confidential information
A dependable, flexible, and team-oriented approach
