Job Description

Fast Hire!! Quality Coordinator

Location: Salisbury, NC

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Quality Coordinator to coordinate and support quality programs and initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Pay: Starting at $18+ plus shift differential


Must have prior quality manufacturing experience!


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and support quality assurance programs, standards, procedures, and documentation across the production process
  • Inspect facility operations and products to ensure quality procedures are followed and product meets expectations
  • Facilitate investigations of quality issues/occurrences, identify trends and root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Manage and support quality staff, including recruiting, training, coaching, and development of quality inspectors and other QA personnel
  • Coordinate inspections, customer tours/visits, and third-party visits as required
  • Maintain communication with management, customers, and third parties to ensure requirements are met
  • Maintain quality logs, checklists, prints, PPAP, and other required documents
  • Complete required training and certifications; attend relevant classes and seminars
  • Prepare reports as needed and perform other duties as required

Who you are:

  • Must have prior quality manufacturing experience
  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to investigate issues, identify trends, and drive corrective actions
  • Comfort coordinating with customers and internal teams
  • Experience supporting or leading quality processes and/or quality staff (preferred)
