Skilled Production Welders - Weekly Pay + Benefits (WELD)

Job Description

Do you have welding experience? We are hiring ASAP! 
We are seeking experienced skilled welders, for a local production team, at a leading manufacturing company in Chattanooga, TN.  Join our team and forge your career!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding based on job requirements

  • Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

  • Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

  • Assist with general fabrication and assembly tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MIG welding
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and welding equipment
  • Experience with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, 
  • Certification(s) in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) a plus

Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Chattanooga, TN. Pay rates are dependent on shift and assignment.
