Job Description

Bilingual Forklift Operator

Location: Schertz, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring multiple temp-to-perm Bilingual Forklift Operators in Schertz, TX. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in an outdoor warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: Starts at $13/hr, with increases based on experience and shift type.

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (may vary based on work volume). Weekends may be requested or required.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive lumber to the department
  • Use a pneumatic staple gun to tag each piece of lumber with accurate labels
  • Work in an outside warehouse environment
  • Keep up in a fast-paced shift
  • Stand, bend, kneel, and/or squat as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: previous pneumatic staple gun experience
  • Comfort with physical tasks (standing and bending as needed)
  • Bilingual communication skills (as needed for the role)
