Job Description

Call Center Rep

Location: Dallas, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Call Center Rep to be a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees, constituents, and the public. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely, professional manner
  • Follow call center scripts to ensure accurate information for different topics
  • Listen to callers, identify needs, clarify details, and research issues to provide solutions
  • Maintain a calm, helpful approach—especially when calls are complex or urgent

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to manage large call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
