Job Description

Are you a credentialed school leader who loves improving systems, ensuring compliance, and helping students succeed? 

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Education Programs Professional to provide hands-on support, implementing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to help schools strengthen operations, improve student access, and ensure compliance with education requirements.

As an Education Programs Professional, you'll work directly with district leaders and school administrators.

  • Partner with district teams to map and document school capacities.
  • Review and audit open enrollment lottery processes to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate Transportation Support Grant applications and tracking.
  • Verify that enrollment materials are translated into the required top five non-English languages
  • Monitor implementation of School Performance Plans and Academic Achievement Plans.
  • Help streamline reporting processes and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Support district leadership with proactive intervention strategies to improve school performance.
  • Provide technical guidance to principals and district administrators.

Requirements: 

  • Valid State Administrative Credential 
  • Master's Degree in Education
  • Minimum 3 years of school leadership or central office experience
  • Strong understanding of educational accountability systems and compliance
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Details:

  • Pay: $40.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 20–40 hours per week (based on project needs)
  • Weekly timesheet submissions with project milestones
